Formula K3PO4, CAS 7778-53-2, GB25563-2010. White odourless hygroscopic crystals or granules, density 2.564, easily soluble in water (51 g/100 ml at 25 degC), pH of 1% solution about 11.5. Used as emulsifier, potassium fortifier, flavouring, meat binder, buffer and chelating agent in meat products, non-carbonated beverages, fruit/vegetable peeling and dairy products. Packed in 25 kg double plastic inner bag plus woven outer bag.
