A concentrated liquid seasoning shown here in 1 kg bottles, also available at 500 g. Built on free-range chicken extract, it gives a clean chicken-soup note with pronounced meatiness. It dissolves quickly, does not scorch the pan or cloud the broth, keeping soups bright with even savour. Recommended dosage is 2%, for Chinese cooking, snacks, noodles and soups, either added straight to stock or used to finish a reduction. The tapered bottle has a pouring lip for accurate kitchen dosing; refrigerate after opening and use promptly.
