The CY-54S has a compact green enclosed frame with a separate electrical cabinet plus inspection doors and sight windows. Targeting small and medium fasteners and special parts, it cuts, pre-upsets, forms and pierces the wire within one station group, discharging through a side chute. Controls are centralised with digital parameter setting, so die changes are quick for high-mix low-volume work and sample trials.
