Produced by refining and de-titanising crude ferrophosphorus, grade FeP24-LT: P 23.0–27.0%, Si ≤3.0%, C ≤0.20%, S ≤0.5%, Mn ≤2.0%, Ti ≤1.0%, with an ultra-low-titanium option (Ti ≤0.3%) and FeP21-LT (P 20.0–23.0%) available. Low titanium cuts high-melting Ti inclusions and crystal precipitation and prevents graphite degeneration, making it suitable for mid-range amorphous and nanocrystalline master alloys, wind-power and low-temperature high-toughness ductile iron, special and free-cutting steels, and as feedstock for low-titanium anti-corrosion coating powder. Supplied as natural lumps, 5–50 mm, 1–10 mm or 0–1 mm with custom crushing and screening; packed 1000 kg per bulk bag or 25 kg laminated bags and steel drums.
