Also known as copper-loaded zirconium phosphate, a slightly green powder and a broad-spectrum antibacterial agent based on layered zirconium phosphate. It offers high safety, good heat resistance and chemical stability and can withstand processing at 1300 °C. It can be added to PP, PE, PVC, PS, PET and ABS resins, adhesives, ceramics, artificial stone and synthetic fibres; with smaller particle size and better heat resistance it is especially suitable for melt spinning of polyester, polypropylene and nylon and for ceramics with higher heat-resistance requirements. Copper loading of 7%–10% is available, with flexible adjustment of particle size, pH and copper content.
