AVIC Baosheng (Sichuan) Cable Co., Ltd. was established in July 2002, formerly known as Sichuan Jinrui Electrical Co., Ltd. In 2016 it was acquired by Baosheng Science and Technology Innovation Co., Ltd. and renamed; it is now a controlled subsidiary of the listed company Baosheng Co. (stock code: 600973) and forms part of the cable industry segment of the Aviation Industry Corporation of China (AVIC). The company is located at No. 2 Taizhou Road, Jiangsu Industrial Park, Mianzhu City, Deyang, Sichuan Province.
With registered capital of approximately RMB 428 million, the company operates two production sites - a cable plant and a magnet-wire plant - equipped with 46 items of specialised production equipment and more than 300 employees. It specialises in the R&D, production and sales of bare copper wire, HV/MV/LV power cables, cables for electrical equipment, mineral-insulated cables, transposed wires, paper-covered wires, enamelled wires, glass-fibre-covered wires and cable accessory systems, covering over one hundred varieties and tens of thousands of specifications.
Supported by the national-level enterprise technology centre of Baosheng Co. and the Deyang Municipal Engineering Technology Research Centre, the company continues to upgrade its production equipment with intelligent technologies. Its products have been supplied to key projects including Chengdu Metro, Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport, the Chengdu FISU World University Games, the Chengdu International Horticultural Exhibition, BOE Chengdu and the Jinjiang campus of West China Hospital of Sichuan University; its magnet-wire products are in long-term cooperation with Chongqing Hitachi Energy, Siemens, TBEA, XD Group and Dongfang Electric.
The company is a National High-Tech Enterprise, a Sichuan Provincial "Specialised, Refined, Distinctive and Innovative" SME and one of the 100 "Gongga Peiyou" enterprises in Sichuan, and has been rated A-level taxpayer for five consecutive years. It has passed ISO9001 quality, ISO14001 environmental, ISO45001 occupational health and safety and intellectual property management system certifications, continuously improving product quality and operational compliance.
In recent years the company has actively expanded into international markets, making its international exhibition debut at CWIEME Berlin 2026 and reaching several overseas regional cooperation agreements; in 2025 its first batch of cable products exported to Thailand completed customs declaration, shipment and tax-refund filing, laying a solid foundation for deepening the Southeast Asian market and opening up the European market.
