Founded on 28 September 2003, it is a limited liability company owned by Dongfang Electric Group Dongqi Investment & Development Co., Ltd. and has more than 30 years of development history. The company covers diversified businesses including power station EPC, power station energy-saving retrofit, power station equipment manufacturing and overall power station O&M contracting, and is a professional company integrating the R&D, manufacturing and installation of power station equipment. Its registered capital exceeds RMB 68 million and its total assets reach over RMB 600 million.
The company has more than 400 employees, of whom over 200 hold professional technical titles. It covers an area of more than 200 mu, including 70,000 square metres of production area, and operates more than 500 pieces of equipment of various types. It has extensive experience in the design, manufacture, installation and maintenance of turbine condensers, exhaust devices, integrated oil tanks, drain flash tanks, enclosures, bearing housings, water filters, valve operating pedestals, oil piping assemblies, steam-water piping, oil coolers, desuperheating and pressure-reducing devices and diaphragms for units up to 1,000 MW, as well as water boxes, throat sections, hotwells, extraction piping and drain piping for nuclear turbine units up to 1,755 MW. It is a quality supplier of power station auxiliary equipment to Dongfang Electric Group, Harbin Electric Group, Shaanxi Blower Group and Shanghai Electric Group, and maintains good cooperation with international companies such as Siemens, Mitsubishi and GE.
The company is capable of designing, manufacturing and installing complete steam turbines of all parameter grades below 55 MW, modernisation retrofits of condensers for large (below 1,000 MW) turbines and turbine heating retrofits; of designing, manufacturing and installing peak-shaving condensers, low-pressure heaters and water-to-water heat exchangers; of manufacturing stainless steel heat-exchange tubes; and of manufacturing and installing seawater desalination equipment and communication towers. It holds an A2 pressure vessel manufacturing licence, a Grade II general contracting licence for electric power engineering construction and a Grade II specialised contracting licence for mechanical and electrical installation in buildings, together with qualifications in mechanical engineering research services, power station engineering technical consulting and foreign trade. It has formed a diversified product structure focusing on auxiliary equipment for thermal, nuclear and gas turbine plants and the machining of wind turbine frames, supported by energy-saving and environmental retrofit, installation and O&M services, and is actively expanding into petrochemical equipment and communication tower fabrication and installation.
