Shifang Haicheng Plastic Industry Co., Ltd. was established in April 2006 and is a technology-oriented enterprise integrating the design, research and development, production and sale of plastic woven packaging bags. The company is located in Shifang, a historic city known as the home of China's mineral water, China's cigars and China's calligraphy, close to the Yazi River and only 3 km from the Shifang West exit of the Chengdu-Mianyang expressway. It covers more than 40 mu with 20,000 m² of built-up area and employs over 130 people, including 26 professional managers and more than 20 technical specialists.
Haicheng operates two production lines for food-grade and standard plastic woven bags, equipped with advanced domestic drawing machines, circular looms, lamination machines, cutting-and-sewing integrated machines and bag-mouth machines that deliver automated production. Annual capacity reaches 80 million bags with an output value of about RMB 100 million. A complete quality supervision and management system is in place, and the company has obtained ISO 9001 quality, ISO 14001 environmental and OHSAS 18001 occupational health and safety certification.
The company mainly produces plastic packaging bags for the fertilizer, chemical, building-materials, rice and feed industries, and can also supply paper-plastic composite valve bags, FIBC ton bags and non-woven bags. Long-term customers include Guizhou Chuanheng Chemical Co., Ltd., Wengfu Dazhou Chemical Co., Ltd., Longmang Dadi Agriculture Co., Ltd., Sichuan Hongda Co., Ltd. and Guang'an Chengxin Chemical Co., Ltd., among dozens of large enterprises. Products sell well within and beyond Sichuan and are well received for quality and reliability.
