It is located in Shifang City, Deyang, Sichuan Province, known as China's fine phosphorus chemical base, with its office at 12-20 West Section of Tuojiang Road in the Shifang Economic Development Zone and its plant in Majing Town. The company holds licences for hazardous chemicals, fertiliser and food additive production, and a safety permit for 40,000 tonnes of sulphuric acid a year.
